Very Dear Brethren,

I am delighted to be able to write to you with news concerning the huge changes to this Order which are being brought into being over the next few months.

You should have, by now, received a letter from myself with initial details of these changes.

I am also attaching hereto a file which can be downloaded containing further information for your perusal.

This is an exciting opportunity and challenge for this Province to be one of the leading Provinces in the new scheme of things and I believe we owe it to each other to respond accordingly.
